Liability for contents
The contents of our pages have been compiled with the greatest care. However, we assume no liability for the contents being correct, complete and up-to-date. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to the general laws of § 7, paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG). However, according to §§ 8 to 10 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) as service providers, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third party information or to investigate circumstances which indicate an illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. Any liability in this respect is, however, only incurred from the moment that knowledge of the specific breach of law is obtained. When corresponding legal violations become known, content for which influence can be exercised will be removed.

Our service offers links to external web pages of third parties, over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for this third party content. The respective provider or operator shall always be responsible for the content of the websites we have linked to. At the time of linking, the linked pages were checked for possible legal violations and illegal content was not evident at this time. Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not feasible without concrete evidence of unlawful content. We will remove such links immediately if we become aware of any legal infringements.

Downloads and copies of this site are allowed only for private and non-commercial use. In so far as the content on this page were not created by the operator, third party copyrights are respected. In particular, contents of third parties are marked as such. Nevertheless, if you should become aware of a copyright violation, we request that you notify us accordingly. As soon as we become aware of a legal violation, we will remove such content immediately.
Scope of application
Access data/server log files
The provider (or his web provider) collects data every time someone accesses the service (known as server log files). This access data includes:
Name of the requested web page, file, date and time of the request, transmitted data volume, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, the referrer URL (the site visited just before), the IP address and the provider making the request.
The provider uses the log data solely for statistical evaluations for operational purposes, for security and to optimise the service. However, the provider reserves the right to check the log data at a later date if there is justified suspicion of unlawful use.
Handling of personal data
Personal data is information that enables a person to be identified, i.e. information which can be traced back to a person. This includes the name, email address or phone number, as well as data on personal preferences, hobbies, memberships or which websites were viewed by someone, as these count as personal data too.
Personal data is only collected, used and passed on by the provider if legally allowed or if users consent to this collection of data.
When contacting the provider (for example using the contact form or by e-mail), the user’s data is stored as part of processing the inquiry as well as in the event that there may be follow-up questions.
Cancellations, changes, corrections and updates
The user has the right, on request, to receive information free of charge about the personal data that has been stored about him. In addition, the user has the right to correct incorrect data, block and delete his/her personal data insofar as there is no legal obligation to retain such data.
